It is unknown since what time pottery masters started to use a milk burning technology in ceramic dishes manufacturing, but this kind of technology is used nowadays and is very popular. Most likely that it appeared together with potter's wheel and people begun to burn clay. Nevertheless, on some continents the milk burning of clay isn’t used, for example in Asia. But on the European part in Turkey or Georgia for example, the milk burning of ceramic is very popular. During burning process the clay becomes porous and dishes absorb water and pieces of food, which is not desirable for kitchenware.
Milk ceramic ) «КМ 01-09» has a shape of small tureen of L capacity. It is a hand work and made of special clay.
