Return conditions:
1. Return period:
You can return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
2. What can be returned:
Goods of good quality that have not been used, have preserved their appearance, packaging, seals, labels, and a receipt.
Goods with a manufacturing defect.
3. What is not subject to return:
Goods that are included in the list of those that are not subject to return (for example, food, hygiene products, children's soft toys, socks, etc.).
Goods that have been damaged through the fault of the buyer.
4. Return procedure:
Contact us by phone or e-mail.
Specify the details and provide a photo of the product (if the return is due to a defect).
Send the goods to our address after approval. If the order was received by Nova Poshta, use the "easy return" service.
After checking the goods, we will refund the money to your bank card or exchange the goods.
5. Shipping costs:
In case of return due to our defect or error - we will compensate for the costs.
In case of return of goods of proper quality - the buyer pays the shipping costs.
