Milk ceramics 30х24 (КМ 01-13)

Wonderful ceramic dishes that are made according to the ancient technology of our ancestors are still very popular among Ukrainian people and beyond the country’s borders. Since the old times ceramic dishes ennobled people’s way of life. And nowadays ceramic handcrafts are still of current interest. It is impossible to resist of tasting meals which were made in ceramic pot that was got out from the oven and has a wonderful aroma.    

Milk ceramics (30х24сm) «КМ 01-13» has a shape of tureen with a top and is made of special sort of clay. The ancient technology of dishes manufacturing includes burning the handcraft in the mud stove, using a fire of firewood. According to the ancient tradition the dish is dropped into milk and becomes very compact and waterproof. The tureen is decorated by hands with an amazing ornament that is drawn over the raw clay. The beautiful noble color of the handcraft is got due to milk burning technique.

It is a well known fact that food in the ceramic dish gets an inimitable taste and aroma. In some measure it is a merit of clay that is used for ceramic manufacturing. It is because the clay is a nonpolluting material. It does not acidify and does not extract toxins while cooking. In this dish food is not fried, it is roasted, simmered or boiled.
