Milk ceramics 23х12 (КМ 01-19)

Surprisingly enough, but ceramic jezve appeared not long ago. It became very popular because of some specific feature of its material. You can make a wonderful drink in it, that cannot be compared with instant coffee or drink of coffee machine. It is worth to notice that model «КМ 01-19» is a milk ceramic handcraft. This kind of dishes keeps quality of products and even makes their taste better. The traditional technology – milk burning of clay is used. This process is made in mud stove with firewood. The handcraft becomes very compact, waterproof and air-tight. 

This kind of dishes is in good demand all over the world. The size of this jezve is 23х12 cm and capacity – 0.7 L. It is made in Hutsul region according to the method which came to us from the ancient times. It is called milk burning. It looks quite modern and has a decoration – pictures of coffee beans. The ornament on the jezve is made over the raw clay before burning. After thematic processing the handcraft gets an interesting gloss. For cooking on the open fire you should use a diffuser.
